We warmly invite you to attend the 5th International Conference on Agriculture and Agro-Industry (ICAAI 2026) under the theme “Globalizing Agri-Food Systems for Sustainability and Well-Being” which is open to all participants. In parallel, we assume the honor of co-hosting the 7th Food for Health International Conference and Life Science Symposium (FOHIC & LSS 2026), under the theme “Food for Health and Well-Being”. This FOHIC & LSS 2026 will be organized exclusively for the FOHIS members. Both events will be held from 17 to 19 December 2026 in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
This occasion provides an opportunity to reflect on the remarkable journey that has led to this significant milestone. Over the past four iterations, ICAAI has firmly established itself as a prominent international forum for the dissemination and exchange of high-quality research and innovative ideas in the fields of agriculture and agro-industry.
Please join us in exploring the integrated science and technology of agriculture and food, incorporating advances in digital innovation, medical and health sciences. This integration spans the entire spectrum of the food system, from small household operations serving local farmers’ markets to large-scale supply chain management and logistics supporting global food production. Such progress is essential to ensuring the sustainable production of safe, nutritious, and accessible food for an expanding global population. ICAAI 2026 and FOHIC & LSS 2026 will present the latest findings, practices, and future directions in agriculture and food by fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among high school and university students, scientists, lecturers, and researchers worldwide.
Chiang Rai, Thailand’s northernmost province bordering Laos and Myanmar, is an important agricultural area producing rice, tea, coffee, and fruits. It also attracts tourists with cultural landmarks alongside hill tribe communities and mountain landscapes for visitors.
