PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

Instructions for oral presenters

  • Presentation time and Q&A time will be announced later. 
  • Presenters are required to stand by in either oral presentation room at least 15 minutes before their presentation schedule.
  • Presentations are arranged in sequence. No show presenter will be withdrawn for their presentation. 
  • Presenters are requested to prepare and submit their standard MS PowerPoint slides to staff at the administration desk at least 3 hours before each presentation.
  • It is noted that the presenters have to rename to indicate your presenter code and section as following the presentation schedule (https://icaai2026.mfu.ac.th/). For example: O3-012 (A) is O3-012 as a presentation code and section A.

Instructions for Poster presenters

Poster Format and Design
  • Poster size: A0 (85 cm × 119 cm), portrait orientation only
  • Language: English
  • Use clear visuals such as graphs, tables, and images to enhance readability
  • Ensure content is legible from at least 1–2 meters away
Poster Content
  • Title of the study
  • Author(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Introduction / Background
  • Objectives
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • References (brief)
Printing and Preparation
  • Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters
  • Posters must be printed in advance; on-site printing is not guaranteed
  • Bring your poster to the venue on the assigned day 
Poster Setup
  • Mounting time: (TBA)
  • Posters must be placed on the assigned board with your poster ID
  • Mounting materials (e.g., pins or tapes) will be provided by organizer on-site
  • Please ensure your poster is securely attached
Presentation Schedule
  • Poster session time: (TBA)
  • Presenters must be present at their poster during the session
  • Each presenter should be prepared to give a 3–5 minute explanation
  • Be ready to answer questions and engage with participants
