Please note that each account can submit more than one work, but payment must be made for each submission

Registration Fee

All participants of ICAAI2026 and FOHIC & LSS2026 are required to pay the correct registration fees suggested as below.

International

*Registration fees DO NOT include transaction fees, such as bank or credit card processing fees.

An Additional Item

  • Dec. 17th (Wed) Welcome Dinner (No additional fee)
    • If you would like to join the dinner, please check it when you register.

Registration Process

  1. Sign up & Log in
  2. Fill out the online registration form
  3. Pay the registration fee (Credit Card/ Bank Transfer*)
  4. Check the payment status on ‘My page’ (You can also receive a confirmation letter via email after you complete the registration)

* If you have paid the registration fee via bank transfer, please submit the receipt to the secretariat (icaai2026@mfu.ac.th) after payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The application fee, once submitted, is non-refundable for all applicants. This policy remains in effect even if a cancellation occurs after the completion of the registration payment.
